During my stay at Hotel Penz West, I was impressed by the proximity to the airport and the ease of access to downtown via the nearby bus stop. The staff's knowledge of the area added a special touch to my experience. Among the excellent amenities, the highlight for me was the private sauna and steam bath in some of the elegant rooms. The spacious layout, marble floors, and breathtaking mountain views truly added to the ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am grateful for the exceptional service provided by the hotel.
